THE POSITION: At STACK the AP Manager is an essential part of the Finance and Accounting Department. You will drive compliance with the procure to pay process in doing so protect our assets.This role has four direct reports and will work closely with treasury procurement tax operations finance and customers (fellow employees and vendors) across our portfolio of operational and under construction data centers. Job Responsibilities: Manage AP Operations - Oversee the fullcycle accounts payable process including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate routing of payment of invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Manage a team of AP Specialists and provide training guidance and performance evaluations.
- Own creation and maintenance of W9s collaborating with tax as needed and 1099s annual distribution.
Vendor & Payment Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors service providers and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Implement and oversee multiple payment methods including ACH wire transfers and checks.
Process Optimization & Compliance - Develop and enforce AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements tax laws and industry best practices.
- Work with IT finance and treasury teams to automate and streamline AP workflows using ERP and TMS.
- Participate in monthly construction finance project review meetings to ensure capital assets are accounted for.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation - Monitor AP metrics and provide regular reporting on aging reports vendor liabilities and volume of invoices.
- Reconcile AP transactions and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
Collaboration & CrossFunctional Support - Work closely with procurement finance and operations teams to ensure alignment on vendor contracts and expenses.
- Manage and oversee the approval process for capital expenditures and largescale vendor payments.

- Compensation: $84000 to $95000 base salary Bonus

MUSTHAVE QUALIFICATIONS: - 5 years of experience in accounts payable with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

- Comfort creating processes and implementing strategies and procedures that serve an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff and external consultants vendors and other stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite especially Excel.
- Proficiency in ERP and AP software (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics AvidBill).
TECHNICAL SKILLS: - Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles tax compliance and vendor management.
- Experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
SOFT SKILLS: - Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience managing teams.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
