As an Area Manager youll play a key role in driving performance safety and operational excellence leading a team of Field Supervisors who make it all happen on the ground. If youre a natural leader with industry experience a problemsolving mindset and the drive to build a highperforming team we want to hear from you.

What youll be doing:
Leading a toptier field team Inspire mentor and coach Field Supervisors to hit KPIs meet nbn standards and deliver outstanding work.
Delivering on a major contract Ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes on a contract thats shaping the future of telecommunications.
Safety first and always Drive Service Streams Safety Leadership Model WALK TALK LEAD and CARE setting the standard for safe and efficient field operations.
Solving challenges in real time Provide handson support and expert problemsolving when complex issues arise.
Strengthening relationships Work closely with nbn and internal teams to keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
Continuous improvement Work alongside the State Manager and other Area Managers to refine processes and push for operational excellence.
Who were looking for:
A proven leader who has led teams before and know how to motivate guide and deliver results.
An operational problemsolver who can think on their feet and solutionsfocused you see challenges as opportunities.
A down to earth people person with excellent communication can influence and build strong working relationships.
Industry experience A big plus! If youve worked in Field Telecommunications Construction or a Fieldbased role even better.
Consider yourself techsavvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
