Job Description

Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily weekly and monthly productivity and sales goals
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills

Willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90 of workday on the phone
Ability to use or quickly learn CRMs Database management spreadsheets and other technologies as needed
Be a collaborative team player working in collaboration with multiple areas across the organization
Knowledge about Travel Industry is a plus but not required.

Overview
Developing business opportunities within specific geographies. Achieving productivity appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to future client inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling. Primary duties include outbound calling converting inbound opportunities to clients email communication coordination and scheduling buying opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

Job Expectations
Inside sales associates will be responsible for making outbound calls using database to set appointments for sales reps to meet with small business clients across US
Become an expert into CWT and BTS value proposition to prospect clients and appropriately handle ideal messaging to approach a client given their specific needs
Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in pipeline
Conduct market analysis to help establish values for potential clients
Qualify potential clients for appointments with sales reps
Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with our team
Consistently practice using sales scripts with script mastery in mind
Have capability to manage databases CRM and spreadsheets.
