Position Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales department. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance developing and motivating a highperforming sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit hire train and develop a highly motivated sales team
- Set and achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation
- Negotiate deals with customers to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Indepth knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems
- Valid drivers license
