Job Title: Real Estate Financial Analyst
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of commercial properties. The team focuses on financial modeling investment strategy and property performance analysis to drive strong returns.
Position Overview:
The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the companys investment and financial operations with a focus on financial modeling budgeting and property evaluation. This role is critical in analyzing current investment properties and assessing new acquisition opportunities. Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret financial statements are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for current and potential investment properties.
- Analyze financial statements (balance sheet income statement cash flow) to assess asset performance.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for investment properties.
- Conduct underwriting and financial analysis for potential property acquisitions
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills (financial modeling forecasting and data analysis).
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements (balance sheet income statement cash flow).
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of investment analysis and underwriting principles.
- Proficiency in Outlook for communication and reporting.
NicetoHaves:
- Knowledge of real estate finance concepts (NOI Cap Rate IRR).
- Experience with commercial real estate financial modeling.
