Facility Infrastructure Operations Assistant
Job Description Overview:
Gallant Business Solutions is hiring a Public Infrastructure Operations Assistant to provide handson support for Countyled renovation and maintenance initiatives. This fulltime role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination between facility managers vendors and technical teams to maintain and improve Countyoperated buildings.
What Youll Do:
- Participate in planning and of infrastructure repair and renovation projects
- Liaise with contractors to track progress resolve issues and ensure ontime delivery
- Conduct site inspections and generate quality control documentation
- Assist in technical oversight of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems
- Relay project updates and challenges to Facilities Managers and internal teams
Ideal Background:
- Background in construction civil works or public operations
- Excellent multitasking skills and familiarity with project lifecycles
- MS Office proficiency and experience documenting site visits
