Job Description
The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Functions & Events Service Manager to manage and deliver exceptional client and guest experiences at some of Melbournes most exciting venues.
Reporting to the Events Operations Manager you will use your leadership and organisational skills to ensure seamless delivery of events on a daily basis ranging from lunches through to sit down formal dinners and highend cocktail parties whilst ensuring service standards are continuously maintained.

The Role
- Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events
- Opportunity to be part of the opening team and set the standards of exceptional service
- Oversee events from set up through to sequence of service to pack down
- Lead & manage a team of experienced waiters and bartenders this is a handson position actively directing service staff during our many functions
- Work on a 5 day working week between Monday and Sunday
- Work closely with clients and culinary team throughout events
About You
- Ideally 2 years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry training experience is highly regarded
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Organised with good time management and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a 5 day working week.
- Valid RSA
- Fulltime Australian working rights
