As part of our Sales team you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong working relationships within your assigned portfolio developing strategies to help our clients to maximise the use and value of aXcelerates products and services while identifying growth opportunities to ensure longterm success.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will:
- Grow Portfolio Value: Provide consultative and proactive support to your assigned clients driving adoption and value recognition to ensure longterm retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals by developing effective account plans that ensure your portfolio is leveraging our products and services to their full potential.
- Drive Client Success: Partner with clients to understand their goals and challenges delivering tailored solutions that maximise their use of our platform.
- Articulate Our Value: Successfully communicate aXcelerates value proposition through product demonstrations commercial proposals and market insights.
- Manage Contract Renewals: Effectively oversee the renewal process for client contracts with a strong focus on securing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maintaining longterm partnerships.
- Deliver Accurate Reporting: Maintain clean and uptodate records in our CRM (HubSpot) provide detailed internal reports and collaborate with clients on account plans.
- Stay ProductSavvy: Continuously develop your knowledge of aXcelerates products and services working closely with marketing product and support teams to ensure your portfolio benefits from the latest advancements.
About You
Were looking for someone with:
- 2 years in Sales/Account Management preferably in SaaS or technology. Experience in EdTech or the education sector is a plus.
- A strong ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and the ability to quickly learn software platforms.
- Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels including Csuite executives.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work crossfunctionally to achieve goals.
