As the Operations Manager of Hotel Polo Towers Agartala you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daytoday operations of all hotel departments. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities to maintain high standards of service guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and ManagementLead inspire and manage a diverse team of department heads and staff. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Guest SatisfactionEnsure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee the daytoday operations of all hotel departments including front office housekeeping food and beverage spa and other relevant areas. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the procurement of highquality goods and services.
