People Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement a forwardthinking HR strategy that aligns with business objectives. Provide leadership to the HR/Office Manager and potential further team members and ensure seamless collaboration with the CFO CEO and management team on strategic workforce planning addressing both immediate and longterm business needs.
Talent Acquisition & Management:Oversee and continuously improve the entire recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to onboarding while managing external talent partners to ensure we attract highquality candidates. Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent focusing on creating career development opportunities and maintaining a strong employer brand.
Employee Experience & Culture:Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Design and manage onboarding programs that enable new hires to integrate quickly and effectively.
Performance Management & Development: Lead structured performance review cycles focusing on clear feedback mechanisms and development plans. Create learning and development programs that support employees career growth and align with organizational goals fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws company policies and support the organizations certification processes such as ISO and SOC 2. Maintain robust HR administration processes and oversee the use and optimization of HR systems such as Personio to enhance efficiency in all HRrelated activities.
