Job Description/Responsibilities

Are you passionate about building brands on a global scale Join us as the Brand Manager BuzzBallz where youll take the lead in driving the success of Sazeracs international brand strategy. In this role youll be responsible for executing our global strategic plan annual marketing initiatives and activations to meet volume and financial goals in key international markets.

Youll work closely with our Global Sales and Marketing teams agencies and trade partners to bring bold ideas to life ensuring Sazerac continues to grow as a profitable and highly recognized portfolio worldwide. If youre a strategic thinker with a passion for brand growth and international market expansion we want to hear from you!

Preferred location: Dallas or Louisville KY

What Youll Do

Develop & Execute Global Strategy

  • Leverage channel trade and consumer insights to shape global marketing plans.
  • Contribute to forecasting budgeting and brand strategy to hit volume and financial targets.

Grow the Sazerac Global Portfolio

  • Support Marketing & Sales in creating and executing brandbuilding strategies.
  • Align efforts with channel strategies and SKU prioritization across key markets.

Prioritize Key Markets & Growth Opportunities

  • Focus time and resources on highimpact regions to achieve longterm brand success.
  • Ensure alignment on profit volume and KPI targets with Global Sales & Marketing.

Lead Strategic Brand Planning &

  • Take charge of planning & strategic meetings to ensure smooth .
  • Maintain brand consistency across all global markets.

Drive Innovation & New Business Development (NBD)

  • Identify and launch highvalue global opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Follow structured processes to execute innovation projects successfully.

Collaborate with Global Teams & Agencies

  • Manage advertising promotions and media partners to maximize brand impact.
  • Ensure consistent global branding to boost consumer awareness worldwide

Invest in Continuous Learning & Development

  • Use the PDS system to track personal growth and enhance your marketing expertise.
  • Set weekly priorities to keep projects on track and drive efficiency.

What Were Looking For

Global marketing experience with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
Strong analytical skills to leverage insights and optimize strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with international teams.
Passion for innovation strategic planning and in a global setting.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors Degree (Marketing preferred)
5 years of business experience
3 years of brand management experience
3 years of global market experience
3 years of project management or implementation experience
Budgeting planning and financial analysis experience

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel
Strong computer skills with high comfort using technology & systems

Preferred Qualifications

MBA
Experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry or CPG
3 years of National Accounts / Key Account experience (on & offpremise)
1 year of Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
1 year experience with the threetier distribution system
3 years of Pricing experience
3 years of Supply Chain experience
3 years of New Business Development experience
