Coordinate with CEO/CBO attend & arrange meetings Be available to travel as needed to attend business meetings sales events and industry conferences. Your presence will be crucial in representing our brand and fostering valuable relationships with clients Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day today basis. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all salesrelated activities are aligned with company goals and objectives Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Having good knowledge on Sales. Monitor the teams progress identify shortcomings and propose improvements Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking assisting the sales team in expanding our clientele. Requirements and skills: Experience as a sales coordinator & good griping on sales or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill
