Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Application Specialist for our Learning Application Management team based in Gdynia Poland hybrid model!
The focus of this role will be to manage and support the DNV Learning Management System and its interaction with a variety of IT applications within the DNV system landscape.
DNV is using Seertechs iLearning Plus as a global platform for internal learning management for DNV employees as well as external facing learning offerings towards DNV customers including eCommerce capabilities. The solution is embedded in DNVs Veracity platform and integrated with finance applications for order management and invoicing CRM applications for customer contact and opportunity management and supports eCommerce for payment and taxation.
There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and maintenance of the solution as well as project activities to further implement and roll out the application to more business areas in DNV. Tasks in this role:
- functional and technical 2nd level support of DNV HR applications focusing on Learning Management System
- working with tickets based on requests from a range of stakeholders
- managing enhancement requests (e.g. determining requirements solutions and process and IT improvements)
- manual software testing
- technical configuration of LMS
- cooperation with other units in GSS IT Business Areas and the software provider
- project tasks related to LMS and integrated IT systems
- ensuring alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application
- ensuring stability and performance of applications and services
- reasonable domestic and international travel may be expected

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- are experienced with operation of IT applications preferably Learning Management and/or HR solutions
- are fluent in English (written/verbal communication and presentation skills)
- have analytical and technical skillset
- learn quickly are proactive and result oriented
- can organize and prioritize their own work to given deadlines
- have handson attitude
- are team players experienced in fastpaced environments
- have good networking and interpersonal skills also across cultures and organizational boundaries
Preferable but not mandatory:
- knowledge of IT integrations focused on LMS HR Finance CRM
- understanding eCommerce transactions and processes
- experience with CRMs
