Position Summary
The Indiana University School of Public HealthBloomington (SPHB) invites applications for multiple tenured/tenuretrack faculty positions in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health. This is an openrank search and applicants at all levels (assistant associate or full professors) are welcome. SPH B seeks individuals who will contribute toward academic and scientific excellence in support of our mission to create knowledge and train the next generation of professionals to protect human health by improving the quality of environments where people live work and play. These 10month appointments would ideally start August 1 2023 although an earlier or later start date is negotiable. The School of Public HealthBloomington is located on the flagship campus of Indiana University and is comprised of over 200 faculty across five departments. Continuing the momentum of hiring 25 outstanding tenuretrack/tenured faculty duringthe SPH B is launching another wave of faculty recruitment. The Department of Environmental and Occupational Health offers a nurturing environment through a rich and diverse combination of public health science areas and research professionals that promotes collaboration and intellectual development. The Department pursues the common goal of preventing disease and promoting the health and wellbeing of individuals families and communities worldwide.
