Job Description

Job Overview: 360 Painting is a wellknown fast growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial rerepaints. We are featured as Entrepreneur Magazines topranked painting company in 2018 & 2019. We are looking to hire a Production Manager in the North Georgia area which will be an integral part in the growth of our company.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to join our team at 360 Painting of North GA. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production from starting to closing a job. This includes organizing details for the job to run smoothly walking our crew leads through each job checking on jobs to ensure the level of quality and closing jobs with the crew leads and customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

As the Production Manager you will work directly with our General Manager and be responsible for planning and managing production schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects. You will also work directly with our painters to ensure that they have everything they need to start maintain and close the job. Purchasing necessary materials and supplies to meet production needs is also a critical function of this role. Additionally you will be responsible for quality control and ensuring that all projects meet company standards.

To excel in this role you need to continuously evaluate production processes and implement improvements as needed. You will also prepare reports and communicate with our General manager on production progress and issues.

The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience in production management (or the home improvement industry) preferably in the painting or construction industry. Strong organizational and time management skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of the home improvement industry are necessary. Moreover you should have the ability to work directly with subcontractors customers and management team members.

Compensation: $50000.00 per year
