Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join an IT firm in their finance department. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and providing financial insights and analysis to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management
- Manage cash flow and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections
- Develop and implement financial control processes and procedures
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Professional certification such as CA(sa) is preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an IT firm
- Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience with financial control processes and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Leadership and team management abilities
