Job Description

We are looking for experienced passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build market position by developing defining negotiating and closing business deals with clients.
  • Clarify goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all parties
  • Proactively develop and improve products and services
  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
  • Understand clients needs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skill sets/Experience we require:

  • 310 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
  • Selfmotivated with a result driven approach
  • Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
  • Handson experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage

Pedigree:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
