Your responsibilities:
- Build market position by developing defining negotiating and closing business deals with clients.
- Clarify goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively develop and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
- Understand clients needs
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- 310 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
- Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Selfmotivated with a result driven approach
- Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
- Handson experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Pedigree:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
