The Role
The MultiSite Manager is a new role within the organisation. We have vacancies in NSW &QLD!We are looking for experienced Store Managers who are ready to take their career to the next level. This is a fastpaced role that requires a hands on energetic leader with an inner drive for success. The ideal candidate should have:
Previous management experience in a retail environment either Store Manager Assistant Manager or Store Supervisor
Exceptional customer service skills and can model strong personal selling techniques
Proven experience in achieving sales and KPI targets
Proven experience in driving and developing team members to achieve success coaching training and succession planning
Energy enthusiasm and a cando attitude promoting a fun and happy work place for the team
The ability to inspire and motivate others in a strong team culture environment
A people first approach and enjoy regular time in store with the teams
A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is expected)
