The Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development will be responsible for a comprehensive student affairs program oversee positive leadership and effective operations of all aspects within Student Affairs. The Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development shall coordinate the work and interpret such work to the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development will be the Director for Multicultural Student Services Director for Campus Recreation & Greek Life Director for First Year Experience & Campus Life Director for Residential Housing and the Director for Student Activities & Engagement.
Required Qualifications
*Terminal degree in educational leadership or other relevant area; and *record of successful experience in higher education administration.
