Job Description

Job Title:Letting Assistant / Letting Manager

Location:Stirling

Salary:Competitive based on experience

Job Type:Fulltime

As our portfolio continues to grow we are seeking a proactive and clientfocused Letting Assistant or Letting Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about property to contribute to a thriving and supportive business.

The Role:

You will play a key role in managing the lettings process from marketing properties and conducting viewings to overseeing tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Depending on your level of experience the role can be tailored to focus on either assisting the team or managing the lettings function independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with or managing the full lettings process including property advertising tenant enquiries and viewings.

Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Conducting property inspections inventory checks and movein/moveout processes.

Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including safety checks and tenancy deposit schemes.

Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews.

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Assisting with or managing the marketing of properties to minimise void periods.

Contributing to the companys business development and landlord acquisition strategies.

About You:

Previous experience in the lettings industry (essential for Letting Manager level; desirable for Letting Assistant level).

Strong knowledge of Scottish property and tenancy laws (essential for Letting Manager level; desirable for Letting Assistant level).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client care.

Highly organised and able to manage a busy and varied workload.

Strong IT skills including proficiency in property management software (training can be provided).

A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
