Position Overview

As Sales Manager you are the Outside Sales Representative for Image One Cincinnati. Sales Managers are responsible for developing leads by using whatever means possible including coldcalling personal contacts and canvassing local businesses. The Sales Manager will ultimately follow a lead from beginning to end with the end goal of obtaining new clients and adding to our business portfolio. All lead generation tracking monitoring and internal work is conducted using our personalsoftware (CRM) which makes it easier for everyone to be one the same page. This is a sales centered position requiring a detail oriented and aggressive mindset.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Dial for appointments Cold Calling
  • Canvass local businesses a multitude of facility types
  • Attend networking events establishing our company as potential partners
  • Visiting with prospects at their office running the meeting and conducting a detailed survey of the facility
  • Completing/presenting the proposal to the prospect
  • Followup with prospective clients to close the deal
  • This position works directly with the VP of Operations

Qualifications

  • Have the ability to sell janitorial work
  • Have an outgoing personality
  • Be self driven a self starter work well alone or in teams
  • Not accepting noas a option
  • Ability to follow a structured process
  • Experience in Sales is an enormous plus
  • Intermediate computer skills and understanding of company CRMs
  • Have a reliable vehicle and ability to drive around the city with a clean driving record
  • Must submit to a background check drug screen and drivers abstract for insurance purposes
