Warehouse Associate (Parcel Shipping / Packing 10:00am 6:30pm)

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team for Monday Friday: 10:00AM start time with overtime required as needed.

Pay rate: $21 per hour

Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
35 years warehouse experience preferred
Experience with forklift equipment preferred but not required (including but not limited to standup order picker reach truck electric pallet jack dock stocker sitdown counterbalanced forklift)
Drive to excel in fastpaced environment.
Responsible for accurately and safely completing general warehouse tasks
General computer and math skills
Postoffer background check & drug screen are required
Responsibilities
Process packages for shipping including boxing labeling transporting and loading product and materials
Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Execute tasks utilizing handheld RF units / scanners
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
Accurately sort label and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies rules regulations and procedures set by the organization
Pay Range:
$15.00 $22.69Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
