Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently searching for a highly motivated and goaloriented Salesperson to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong sales background and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
- Proven experience as a Salesperson preferably 5 years minimum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus
