Are you a driven automotive professional with a passion for both selling and structuring deals Bowman Auto Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take on a **hybrid role as a Used Car Salesperson and Finance Manager**. This unique opportunity blends front-line customer engagement with behind-the-scenes financial expertise offering the best of both worlds in the fast-paced automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through thepre-owned vehicle purchase process
* Maintain expert knowledge of our used car inventory and vehicle features
* Structure and close deals that are both competitive and customer-friendly
* Assist customers with finance and insurance options ensuring compliance with all lending and legal regulations
* Secure financing through our network of lenders and finalize loan terms
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales and finance transactions
* Work closely with the sales and finance teams to hit monthly performance goals
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong knowledge of used car market trends pricing and finance options
* Exceptional communication negotiation and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of integrity
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record
