Job Description

Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Associate you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase providing information about available models and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage appointments from internet leads referrals walk-ins and marketing campaigns.
  • Assess customer needs preferences and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the dealerships inventory.
  • Guide customers through the sales process up to vehicle selection ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance and Sales Managers.
  • Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update skills through training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

 


Qualifications :

  • Sales experience in a commission or quota-driven role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous German automotive sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.


Additional Information :

Compensation (Draw / Commission):

  • Performance-based earnings range: $4000 - $10000 / per month
    • Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • Sundays Always Off
  • Saturday Availability Required
