Job Description
Small town health systems seeks a Family Medicine with OB Physician to work in beautiful Northern Montana! Fort Peck and Medicine Lake area
Come make a difference in a rural community that really needs a Family Medicine with OB Physician to care their community!!
Work with autonomy and make up to $500k yr! contact Jon Crosby
Benefits:
- $280k 300k base please sign on relo and loan repayment NHSC HRSA nonprofit loan repayment. After base call and revenue sharing you can make $500k yr realistically.
- Providers work 4 days a week and for physicians it is a total of 6 weeks off for a total of 240 hours off per year.Thereis no EIB

- this position is open because a physician who has been there 40 years is retiring!!
About the Family Medicine with OB Role:
- 1215 patients a day in the clinic
- must be able to do OB and C sections
About the group:
- 300 team members
- 2 MDs Family Medicine with OB
- 7 NPs
- 2 locations
- collegial and down to earth people
open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
