Job Description
Physician Family Medicine
Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internist to join our existing Family Medicine group as part of Grangers multispecialty medical clinic in Riverton Utah.
The Physician is responsible for Family Medicinespecific patient care; including but not limited to: evaluation and management followup medication management procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will be involved in call coverage as shared with the group.

Minimum Requirements
- Appropriate & applicable licensure education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient care
- Board Certification/Eligible in Family Medicine
