We seek a highly motivated Web Production Specialist to join our growing highperforming team of email automation experts and specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daytoday handson of building and editing web pages.
This individual maintains a current understanding of web and digital marketing standards. We are looking for a detailoriented selfstarter ready to learn and participate in a datadriven learning organization passionate about delivering on schedule and constantly looking for new opportunities to improve our web performance and operational efficacy.
What will you do
- Perform daytoday web production activities including but not limited to web page editing creation testing tagging and deployment in coordination with the Divisional Marketing web team and corporate publication members.
- Build web pages within the CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and customize HTML/CSS code when needed while following style guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal customers to understand web content requests and seek clarification on open questions. Act as an advisor to recommend customercentric web design/UX improvements.
- Use our project management system (Workfront) to retrieve content complete assigned workflow steps communicate updates to projects and upload URLs for review.
- Complete web tactics and handle workflow and timelines of multiple simultaneous projects based on the prioritization model.
Education
A bachelors degree in business marketing computer science or a related major is required.
Experience
- 13 years of handson experience in web content publishing platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) to maintain customerfacing websites.
- Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Experience or familiarity with project management software (Workfront preferred).
- Strong time management skills attention to detail prioritization abilities and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
