Job Description

As an Order Processing Analyst you will ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders and an efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales. You will work in a multinational environment with colleagues both in Romania as well as in the DACH region (Germany Austria and Switzerland).

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Checking all information and guarantee their accuracy in registering orders
- Analyzing the orders as per the process defined to be in conformity with the sales agreements and quality procedures
- Checking feasibility of customer request in terms of lead times certificates and documents required
- Archiving documents or orders in files
- Requesting the codification of items if necessary
- Ensuring that all orders respect the Emerson Policy and standards Trade Compliance and Record Retention
- Contributing to back up and organization specific for critical business processes

For This Role You Will Need:
- Completed bachelors studies;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German (B2 minimum) and English.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Previous work experience;
- Knowledge of any additional language (Dutch French Spanish or Italian);
