We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our secure messenger solutions to businesses and organizations. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role as you will be dealing with clients in Germanspeaking regions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of secure communication technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the enterprise segment to target and engage highvalue enterprise accounts across the Public Sector & Critical National Infrastructure.
Working with Marketing to Identify and prioritize target accounts (ABM) within a specific territory or industry vertical.
Create account plans for toptier customers outlining revenue goals engagement strategies and action items aligning company resources to the success of the enterprise segment.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and initiating contact through various channels ensuring selfbusiness development is a core part of the scope.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits of our secure messenger solutions.
Manage Coach and work with an enterprise Business Development Manager tied to the plan and success of the enterprise segment.
Collaborate with the PreSales Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience.
Provide proactive and accurate sales forecasts reports and market feedback to the management team.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies related to the industry category.
Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
Conduct regular sales meetings negotiations and presentations to win new business and secure contract renewals.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products features and pricing structures to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the technology sector or software sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients effectively.
Good understanding of the messaging video conferencing or secure comms market.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Solid understanding of secure communication technologies including messaging encryption data protection and privacy regulations.
Selfmotivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for client meetings conferences and events as required.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
