Appliance Refrigeration Repair Technician
We are looking for Appliance Repair Technician candidates with exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration cooking cleaning laundry)
- Willing to undergo a preemployment drug screen criminal background check and drivers license check
- Willing to be enthusiastic and customer servicefocused
- Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers tech support dispatch routing and management.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
- Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
- Dispatch from your home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances
- Process transactions related to inhome repairs
- Collect payments issue receipts and electronically process repair records customer data and technical information via a companyissued tablet or laptop.

- We have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nations two largest appliance parts distributors.
- We do inoffice part prescreens and preorder parts for most calls run by our field technicians.
- We are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically.
**Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Details of participation in these benefits plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Compensation: $45000.00 $150000.00 per year
