Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architect to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Junior Architect you will contribute to the design and development of various architectural projects focusing on 3D elevation rendering and communication. This is a fulltime position based in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit BIM)
- Strong ability in 3D elevation and rendering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Experience working on highrise buildings is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects and designers in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs
- Create 3D elevations and renderings to visualize design concepts
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
- Prepare detailed drawings plans and specifications
- Research and stay updated on industry trends materials and building codes
- Communicate and coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers
- Contribute to design presentations and client meetings
- Participate in site visits and inspections
