POSITION TITLE: Sr. Procurement Analyst (Food and Beverage)
POSITION OVERVIEW:Responsible for all activities related to ongoing supplier management and the procurement of services materials and supplies related to associated procurement. Individual tasks include negotiations controlling costs and supplier management/onboarding. Works closely with crossfunctional partners on menu innovation and new supplier projects.
Essential Areas of contribution:
- Performs tactical/strategic functions related to daily procurement.
- Identification/realization of costsaving opportunities without compromising supply assurance or quality.
- Update team/organization on commodity markets through monthly category reviews price forecasts and through market news.
- Build/maintain excellent relationships with vendors ensure they abide by companypolicies and fulfill deliveries and help negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and quality.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to onboard new suppliers that exceed nationalstandards to help support growth and diversification.
- Support culinary/marketing
Required Education and Experience:
- Possess a B.A./B.S.
- Masters degree is a plus.
- 47years of experience in food and beverage procurement
- Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation
