Job Description
Job Summary
Jeffrey Automotive is searching for an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Roseville MI! You should be able to effectively diagnose mechanical electrical and automated maintenance issues and utilize their expertise to perform appropriate repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Clearly communicate repair objectives with clients.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and technical skills to intricate systems and components.
- Test calibrate and adjust a variety of instruments and fixtures.
- Attending training to as necessary to stay up to date on all service techniques and standards.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to interpret customer needs into effective solutions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician at a dealership
- ASE Certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to interpret and handle confidential information.
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
