Hitachi Energy is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Bangalore Doddaballapur India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

Customer Relations contributes customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Create and maintains good relationship with customer and identifies new sales opportunities.
HSE: ABRA preparation applies safety rules and safety practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Electrical safety 10 LSR) necessary PPEs knowledge.
Strategic leadership Coordinate with Operations SCM and project management personnel for deliverables on daily basis.
Projects handle green field projects independently including civil installation testing and commissioning.

Communication: Customer handling skills coordination/communication skills for taking support from cross functional team member to address the customer urgency.
Your Responsibilities
Visit to customer site to attend customer call/address customer complaint.
Investigation of failure mode data collection and analysis.
Conduct harmonic measurement and study as and when necessary.
Health checkup of existing install equipments under AMC
Prepare RCA/8D reports of customer complaints.
Prepare ABRA FQP Bar chart based on project requirement.
Perform Installation checks Testing of all equipments through suitable instruments & commissioning.
Signing of performance report and collecting feedback & appreciation certificate from customer.
Site learning feedback convey to respective functions for improvement action in weekly call.
Coordination with factory for attending material and other warranty related issues.

Your background
Diploma / BE In Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with aggregate >7.5
Excellent soft skills and basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
A Resident of Western and Southern part of India shall be added advantage.
Dedicated focused innovative and energetic personality.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Hindi language are required.
