Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will assist in all phases of the talent acquisition process focusing on building and executing strategic sourcing plans. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies while utilizing various sourcing methods to reach potential candidates. This role will allow you to develop essential skills in talent acquisition while gaining handson experience with leading employment platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the full talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Managing and tracking candidate applications and pipelines through various stages.
- Maintaining accurate records of applicant information and ensuring compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Utilizing various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to efficiently manage recruiting efforts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through networking activities and online engagement.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing the latest recruiting trends and techniques.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program related to Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
