The goal is to assist customers generate leads and contribute to sales growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and courteously. Manage the front desk, telephone calls, and emails. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Schedule and manage bookings for meeting rooms and events. Provide administrative support as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships. Assist in onboarding new members and explaining workspace facilities. Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficient in using office management software and tools. Professional appearance and attitude. Additional Requirements Candidates should submit a Letter of Recommendation. Preference for candidates with a background in hospitality or customer-facing roles. A proactive and positive attitude is a must.
