Job Summary:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of an existing mall in Bangalore ensuring high occupancy rates securing quality tenants and maximizing revenue generation. The role involves leasing strategy development tenant acquisition lease negotiations and relationship management with retailers and business heads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing Strategy &
Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to attract highquality tenants.
Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and analyze market trends.
Ensure an optimal tenant mix that enhances the mall s footfall and overall revenue.
Identify leasing opportunities negotiate lease agreements and finalize rental terms.
2. Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs and Business Heads in the retail industry.
Engage with new and existing tenants to ensure longterm lease commitments.
Address tenant concerns and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
3. Lease Negotiation & Documentation
Negotiate lease terms including rental rates contract duration and other terms.
Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory leasing requirements.
4. Market Analysis & Competitor Study
Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify new leasing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with Bangalore s retail and commercial real estate market.
5. Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Implement strategies to enhance footfall and attract new tenants.
6. Financial & Compliance Management
Work with the finance team to prepare leasing budgets and forecasts.
Monitor rental payments and ensure timely collection of rents and other charges.
Ensure all leasing activities adhere to legal regulatory and operational guidelines.
7. Reporting & MIS Submission
Maintain accurate and uptodate leasing records.
Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on leasing performance and revenue.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor s / Postgraduate degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
6 to 8 years of experience in mall leasing or commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of the retail and commercial real estate industry.
Excellent network of CEOs and business heads in the retail sector.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Revenue growth from leasing activities.
Market competitiveness and tenant mix quality.
Timely of lease agreements.
Compliance with legal and financial regulations.
Submission of monthly MIS reports.
