We are seeking a resultsdriven and experienced Manager to lead a team of consultants in delivering highquality headhunting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development managing endtoend recruitment while also driving individual and team performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a personal billing portfolio with a monthly/quarterly individual revenue target
- Lead coach a team of recruitment consultants to achieve performance goals
- Set clear team KPIs and targets track progress and provide regular performance feedback
- Monitor consultants pipelines and ensure consistent quality and delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
- Develop and maintain longterm partnerships with existing and prospective clients
- Expand the Newbridge network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns leveraging professional lists trade and business associations and referrals.
- Develop comprehensive industry coverage to improve service speed and quality and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client service.
Qualifications:
- 9 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in leadership role.
- Consistent Record of meeting or exceeding personal billing targets with 6 digits (USD) and leading teams to achieve team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop workflow & operating frameworks in a highgrowth environment.
- Deep understanding of recruitment industry in Vietnam
- Exceptional communication & influential verbal skills with the ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with clients & team members.
- Demonstrated commitment judgment emotional maturity and intensity ideally in a fastpaced multitaskoriented environment
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
