Job Description:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of busy landscape supply yard. They will be expected to have extensive knowledge of landscape materials and their uses as well as previous employment with a landscape supply yard or landscape installation company. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ALL aspects of day0to0day operations as well as motivating and training staff purchasing and procurement inventory management and equipment maintenance. They will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience at the yard. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that the yard is profitable. They will be expected to work closely with the sales team to ensure that the yard is meeting its sales goals. The Branch Manager will be expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure that all employees are following safety protocols. They will be responsible for hiring and firing employees and ensuring that all employees are trained and performing their duties to the best of their abilities.
