Partner Staffing is currently assisting our client in finding a Reclamation& Remediation Environmental Project Manager to join their Regina team.They are a leading environmental consulting firm dedicated to promotingsustainable practices and ensuring the integrity of natural resources. Specializingin providing comprehensive environmental services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
Position Overview:
Requirements
- Bachelors degree inEnvironmental Science P. Bio. P.Ag. or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in environmental reclamation and remediation preferably in theupstream oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards inSaskatchewan
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive projectplans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate projectteams to ensure timely and efficient project .
- Monitor project progress andmake adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct site assessments anddevelop remediation and reclamation plans.
- Oversee the implementation ofremediation technologies and reclamation techniques.
- Ensure all project activitiescomply with environmental regulations and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with regulatoryagencies to ensure compliance and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Supervise and mentor projectstaff fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments andimplement mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel and theenvironment.
