Partner Staffing is currently assisting our client in finding a Reclamation& Remediation Environmental Project Manager to join their Regina team.They are a leading environmental consulting firm dedicated to promotingsustainable practices and ensuring the integrity of natural resources. Specializingin providing comprehensive environmental services to the upstream oil and gas industry.


Position Overview:

The Upstream EnvironmentalReclamation & Remediation Project Manager will lead and manage projectsfocused on the reclamation and remediation of sites impacted by upstream oiland gas activities. This role involves planning executing and overseeingprojects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standardsand company policies. The Project Manager will work closely with clientsregulatory bodies and internal teams to deliver highquality environmentalsolutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree inEnvironmental Science P. Bio. P.Ag. or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in environmental reclamation and remediation preferably in theupstream oil and gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards inSaskatchewan

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive projectplans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate projectteams to ensure timely and efficient project .
  • Monitor project progress andmake adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct site assessments anddevelop remediation and reclamation plans.
  • Oversee the implementation ofremediation technologies and reclamation techniques.
  • Ensure all project activitiescomply with environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with regulatoryagencies to ensure compliance and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Supervise and mentor projectstaff fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments andimplement mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel and theenvironment.
