Job Overview
Raika Photography is hiring a Customer Support representative to provide excellent service and support to our valued clients. As a Customer Support representative you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fulltime position based in Bangalore Urban Karnataka India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other customer support tools
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to handle demanding and difficult customers with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of computers and technology
- Sales or aftersales experience is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels such as emails phone calls and social media
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner
- Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Follow up on customer interactions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
