# Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial accounts and possess strong AMS 360 (AMS) skills. This individual must be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
# Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from $0$500k in size
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing expert guidance and support
Utilize AMS 360 (AMS) system to process policy changes endorsements and renewals
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing policies
Analyze coverage options and present tailored solutions to meet clients needs
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and compliant advice to clients
Drive growth and retention strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
# Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role
Proficiency in AMS 360 (AMS) or similar insurance management system
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building longterm client relationships
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g. AM or equivalent)
