Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all group companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries issues and requests.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and offerings.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new deals and contracts.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and exceed client expectations.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements and deliver on commitments.
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders on key account performance and opportunities.
