Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Corporate Recruiter at our location in Noida. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying screening and recruiting potential job candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the most qualified candidates in a timely and costeffective manner.
Qualifications
1 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Experience with applicant tracking software and other HR systems
Ability to identify top talent and engage candidates effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and networking skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Experience with recruiting in the US IT Staffing Industry is Mandatory
