Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 46 years of experience in MEP project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools
- Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Implement and oversee HVAC systems and other MEP components in building projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability measures in projects
