Job Description

Role Overview:

Title: Implementation Project Manager (SaaS Pharma)
Type: Full-time (USC/GC Only)/Contract
Location: Remote (CST/EST preferred) travel for final interview - Nice to have: local to Orlando FL
Must have Skills
Experience leading external-facing SaaS implementations (3 years)
Strong command of Smartsheet Jira and Excel
Understanding of APIs SFTP file formats (CSV/XML) GUIDs
Experience with pharma or adjacent industries (not general healthcare)
Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
