What Youll Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled IT Audit Analyst with a strong technical background and excellent English communication skills. This role involves coordinating HiTrust SOC 2 and SOX audits ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a robust audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HiTrust SOC 2 and SOX audits for Infrastructure teams.
- Develop and implement audit plans and required documentation.
- Work with IT teams to create and maintain audit documentation.
- Develop automated solutions for documenting known requirements.
- Test IT audit controls periodically for compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for InfoSec and IT leadership regarding audit controls.
- Maintain and update audit documentation.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders to mitigate IT risk and enhance internal controls.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in system administration IT infrastructure or related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- 3 years of experience with IT audits.
- 3 years of experience with SOX or SOC audit control management.
- Indepth understanding of HiTrust SOC 2 and SOX audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools in audits.
- Knowledge of risks impacting information systems.
- Ability to design audit programs and test plans for internal controls and compliance.
Mandatory Requirements:
Employees must have a highspeed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
Mandatory Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These athome technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled reopening of our office locations.
