As a Field Service Engineer youll be the face of our business ensuring our customers receive firstclass service and technical support. From troubleshooting and maintenance to building strong relationships with ambulance teams and health care professionals youll play a key role in making sure our innovative medical technology performs at its best.
This role is based in Adelaide with regular travel. We welcome applications from mechanics tradespeople engineers or anyone with 4 years of handson technical experience and a passion for customer service.

- Solve technical challenges: Conduct onsite repairs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for Stryker medical equipment.

Who Were Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customerfacing field service role trade mechanical or handson technical position.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on problemsolving and building relationships.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A valid drivers license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a bonus).
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical device industry.
