Job Description
- Supervise and interact with 6 to 7 children with emotional and/or behavioral problems in a homelike environment
- Perform household responsibilities to include meals general cleaning and minor maintenance necessary to keep children safe
- Engage and positively interact with children on a daily basis
- Teach and assist with activities of daily living
- Develop and run behavioral programming
- Accurately record data and update records
- Teach proper social skills
- Assist in academic programming and supervision during school hours and complete requirements of teachers aide license
- Participate in sports activities with the children
- Fulltime Position involves working varied shifts weekends and holidays. 1 weekend off per schedule period. Involves working 7am 3pm 3pm11pm with 2 to 4 11pm7am shifts per month.
- Parttime Position consists of working 3 8 hour shifts per week with 1 having to be on weekend. Varied shifts 7am3pm 3pm11 and 11pm7am
- Provide shift coverage as needed in emergencies
- Position pay can increase based on continuous employment and satisfactory review.
